I receive regular notices from Lannan Chevrolet regarding scheduled maintenance along with coupons for various services for all of our family's cars and trucks. They are the most friendly and accomodating and patient people when scheduling service, when receiving your vehicle and when reviewing all necessary work. They all take the time to explain in understandable terms what needs to be done to our vehicles and then exactly what was done to them. The work is always done very professionally and thoroughly. Lannan Chevrolet Service Department has allowed our whole family to keep safe and well running vehicles on the road a little bit longer during these tough economic times when buying a new or newer vehicle just isn't in the budget. Kudos to all of the professionals at Lannan Chevrolet; they are the reason Lannan enjoys such a wonderful reputation in the marketplace. Very well deserved. More

I was greeted by name by 3 employees when I walked into the service department. Usually deal with Mark O'Malley but he was busy and Joe stepped right up to process my order. Saturday service is hard enough to find it is great to find one that is open til 3:30. They fellover backwards to get me in and let me know when it was ready and waited for me to get there. Frank is the best service consultant I have ever met. I bought me Chevy Aveo at another dealer and hated their service department. I will buy at Lannan next time for the service department alone. I came to Lannan on 6/12 for a service visit for my Chevy Equinox which I purchased new @ Lannan in 2004. I was planning on trading in my car in about a years time. I was checking out the Chevy Traverse in Equinox which I purchased new @ Lannan in 2004. I was planning on trading in my car in about a years time. I was checking out the Chevy Traverse in the showroom and was greeted by Todd Burke, Sales Consultant. I wanted to know more about the Traverse and Todd was very knowledgeable. The Traverse in the showroom was used but in mint condition. My Equinox was only 6K miles away from 100K and the trade value would be diminished once it passed 100K. In the 6 years I have been coming to Lannan for service, I have been extremely pleased and there are many long term employees that work there which speaks volumes about how the dealership not only treats their customers but their employees. I took a test drive with Todd who was a pleasure to work with. Todd was not only knowledgeable, professional, but enthusiastic with a great sense of humor. When I decided that I would trade in my Equinox and purchase the used Traverse, I was able to get all the paperwork done the same day, financing in place and drive off with the Traverse that day. Peter Fisher, Business Manager obtained great financing and explained everything in detail and all available options. It was simply a perfect business transaction. I have consistently purchased GM vehicles and my best experience was purchasing the Equinox from Lannan in 2004 where my sales consultant ordered the vehicle directly from GM so that I could purchase specific options. I didn't think I could top that experience, but my expectations were exceeded in my second purchase from Lannan. I would highly recommend Lannan to purchase a vehicle and then work with the service department who are also outstanding. Thank you again o my Sales Consultant Todd Burke and Business Manager Peter Fisher for making this vehicle purchase such a good experience. More
I had my car serviced at Lannan Chevrolet . After Woburn Buick closed. I was told the car needed alot of work and i would be better to trade up to a new car. I told them i would think it over. I then took m Buick closed. I was told the car needed alot of work and i would be better to trade up to a new car. I told them i would think it over. I then took my car to a repair shop up the street. I had all the repairs they recommended for a third of the price using GM parts that cost me less outside the dealer. I will never do work there again.I talked to the service manager and was told if i don't like it, to not use them . so i think this is the best advise anyone in this dealership has to offer. DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THIS PLACE. And remember the service managers words.[ If you don't like it don't use them! ] More
This is the first and only competent, friendly, respectful GM dealership I have ever dealt with (and I have dealt with many across the country).
