This is the first and only competent, friendly, respectful GM dealership I have ever dealt with (and I have dealt with many across the country). They are always very honest about problems with my car, are willing to explain what they are doing and why and do everything they can to keep the cost down while maintaining a high level of quality in their work. I would highly recommend this dealership due to their level of service. More

I had a verypleasant experience with Lannan. I had shopped there before but not made a purchase, not because they were a problem, they just didn't have the car I wanted at the time.<br>I brought a car shopped there before but not made a purchase, not because they were a problem, they just didn't have the car I wanted at the time.<br>I brought a car there for service on short notice, it was giving me trouble, and I decided that I'd had it with this car and asked Mike to evaluate it for a trade. We had an honest negotiation, over a day or two, and I drove out with a much better car. I felt they were totally above board in all ways. They followed up with me by phone and by mail to be sure I was pleased. <br>An excellent dealer. I would do business there again. More
