I scheduled and appointment for a test drive of a 2011 Cruze. I was promptly greeted when I arrived and sat down with Todd so he could find out what I was looking for in a new car. All my questions were answered, he didn't try to sell me something I did not want, and he drove the car I liked right out of the showroom for me to test drive. I'm sure I could have found one in the lot a different color and drove that one but he said I should drive the one I like. It was a very enjoyable experience and I love my 2011 Cruze. I called on a couple of occasions and the receptionist was very pleasant and my call was transfered immediately. I noticed that all the sales personnel wear the same shirts. I liked that. They all looked neat and professional. I would recommend Lannan Chevrolet in Woburn to anyone who asks. My overall experience was great. They are the most friendly and accomodating and patient people when scheduling service, when receiving your vehicle and when reviewing all necessary work. They all take the time to explain in understandable terms what needs to be done to our vehicles and then exactly what was done to them. The work is always done very professionally and thoroughly. Lannan Chevrolet Service Department has allowed our whole family to keep safe and well running vehicles on the road a little bit longer during these tough economic times when buying a new or newer vehicle just isn't in the budget. I entered Lannan dealship with the need of a used pickup truck. Edward Shine promptly asked questions of what I was look for and escorted me to a series of used pickup trucks. The one I wished to test drive did not start due to a battery requiring charge which he handled efficiently. I test drove the pickup truck, filled out the application for financials. The next morning Bill the financial processor called at 8 in the morning and processed the application with out any hassle for me. I was able to pick up the truck at eleven. I required assistance transporting my vehicle to my home with in Woburn and Ed assisted me. The truck is in very good condition and runs well. The staff at Lannan made the process pain free. I thank you very much for making the process streamline. More

I was greeted by name by 3 employees when I walked into the service department. Usually deal with Mark O'Malley but he was busy and Joe stepped right up to process my order.
