Customer Service I must say that I was overwhelmed when I went into to the dealership. My car just broke down on the highway with myself and my son in it. But, from the time I stepped inside the service department Christina Burkett put me at ease. She was welcoming, kind and very helpful. She was patient with all my questions and concerns. I explained to her the situation and she listened to my concerns and not just brush me off. I really dont have faith in dealerships but, you have a customer in me now. However, I did let them know that my engine light is still on with a replaced engine. She heard my concern and is working with me. More

Do Not Trust Service Department I just had my alternator replaced at a First Hyundai Dealership Service Department. I thought it wasn't quite right when I got it back. I took it to Boch Hyundai Dealership Service Department to have it diagnosed and they came up with a long list of expensive repairs. It shocked me because it was not mentioned a week earlier from the previous First Hyundai that had it a week before. I "said" I wanted a diagnostics and would pay for that. When I told my husband to pick it up they fixed something without my permission and then charged me for it. I was told that I would only be paying for the diagnostic fee. Then charged me something they repaired without my permission. I feel I didn't trust all the repairs they claimed I needed. I told by the Service Associate to please tell me what's wrong with it before they fix anything. She assured me that she would. I was told I would only pay $129.00 for diagnostics. My bill was $350.55 it was upsetting because I was lied to. More
