My husband and I came back to Clay to see Joel Vega, as he had helped us on a prior sale. We were only looking to trade in his leased car early which ended up not working out. I was surprised by the price and the features of the used mini van. I test drove the van and liked it. The payments were not something I could do. Joel worked with me to get me to a price that I could do without breaking the bank, and a price that was acceptable to Joel. We are happy with the mini van so far as we just took ownership of it tonight. We decided to come and rate Joel because he was nice and we felt he went out of his way for us, above any beyond. As I mentioned before Joel worked out the pricing and made sure we were happy. We were greeted each time we came in and the staff were all friendly. We feel that since we would recommend Joel to our friends, we should give our overall experience a 5 as it was the best. Big thanks to Joel! More

At Clay Chevy everyone is very friendly, great with my 2 kids, have everything already in place upon your arrival and you actually meet the internet team (Stefania D'Amato) I spoke to upon my arrival. They are the first dealership I've been to where you are not starting from scratch, you basically start from where you left off from emails or chats online. Mike Price and Stefania really came through in receiving all my emails on my trade situation, answered any and all my concerns, and gathered all my info, trade pics, and other info upon my visit. Arthur O'leary is a one of a kind sales associate that every dealership advertises about but never have upon a visit. This guy is really that sales associate that we all hear about as far as being a no hassle, no haggle, and stress free. This guy is the true meaning of down to earth, calm, and someone that you want to buy a car from. Robert Pierce is also another great individual that answered all our questions going into our very first lease and was there for us to answer every question and concern of ours. I must say I had a great experience with this dealership! In our case it was to inspect the new vehicle. While they have your vehicle you are ushered into a very nice waiting area with big screen t.v., couches, tables for computer work and vending machines with all kinds of goodies.
