Fabulous Service Great job Guys and Gals at Bock Chevy. I left my car off to have brakes replaced, oil change and other items to be taken care of. I did think a sizable bill was coming my way and it was understood. These things need to be done. The bill I got was for sizable less than what I thought. Brakes were fine just needed a small adjustment. Service performed a recall repair which I was not aware of and they made sure my car was cleaned. nice job by all but more importantly Laura as my service adviser was extremely capable and competent. Ernie Bock should sleep well at night knowing these people on the front lines are doing their job and getting it done the way it is suppose to be done. With HONESTY . Thanks, Tom More

Good Service Laura has been very attentive to my concerns about my car. Now I am waiting to hear from her concerning my struts on my car. I picked up my car on Friday morning, the tech wrote on the paper work that my struts were leaking but later on the same document, he wrote that the struts were okay. I disagree. The dealership had to replace my struts in 2011 a couple of months after I had bought the car. I believe that the struts need replacing while under the warranty. So far, my water pump and my steering rank have been replaced under the warranty. It makes a great deal of sense to replace GM struts under warranty. If this last request is made good, I will feel good better about my experience. More

On entering, the General Manager was friendly and engaging and introduced us to a wonderful sales rep.Autumn. We were offered a Chevy Equinox to drive to get our lunch as we have been car shopping most of the day and everyone was ready to eat. We fell in love with the equinox. Comfortable, ease of driving and needless to say a beautiful vehicle. I purchased a equinox there and have been enjoying my new 2017 Chevy Equinox since. The equinox compared to my Rav 4 is King. The same price range but a much more superior ride. A couple friends have been in my new ride and are totally impressed. No more toyota's for me!!! More
