Mark was very knowledgeable about about the entire fleet but I had my eye on the Colorado. After going through all the trims and options and making sure I was absolutely comfortable with the truck we started (the usually harrowing) financing process. The Boch team made it such a breeze. I was in and out in no time and back to pick up my new truck in a few hours. What an experience!!! I highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone in the market for a new car or truck. More

Good Sales Experience - Bad Finance Experience My salesman, Scott Shoemaker, was outstanding. It was a pleasure to work with him and I give him 5 stars and the highest rating I can. No complaints and would absolutely recommend others go see him for a vehicle. I also enjoyed working with Paul Costine, the sales manager, as we tried to make a deal work. My only major disappointment and frustration came when I sat down with Beshara Gebara, the finance director. I had discussed and negotiated a deal on my Traverse that got me to the monthly payment I needed... based on 'average' credit score financing. Since I had an A+ credit rating and score of 801, and had been offered lower than 2% at two other dealerships, I assumed I would be average or better. But at the last moment Mr. Gebara had me signing on a very high interest rate than increased the agreed upon monthly payment by $27. I was tld the deal offered was based on average credit scores, and my 801 was apparently seen as below average by him. When I said I would not sign, it took him less than a minute to find a rate closer to the agreed upon payment (but still higher). It would have been appreciated if any effort to get me the best available interest rate had been made to begin with. Clearly, getting a better rate on my loan was not hard. It was just something nobody cared about. Fortunately, a credit union was happy to offer me a rate lower than 2% the next day and I am now in the process of refinancing the bad rate I got at Boch. More
