Not good customer service! We’re in the middle of a pandemic and I don’t feel safe in public places anymore. The three stars are for the cars and the fact you can buy it online. Had a bad experience with these people. Booked a visit to have my trade in appraised. Lucky for me another rep contacted me and after an email back and forth, told me the car was sold. My husband and I went in with a plan in place on a snow storm, knowing this was our third dealership that day. We were warmly greeted, listened, valued, and understood by sales rep Andre. Even with this difficult time, he made sure he was clear and upfront. My husband and I were very happy with that! He took the time to show us all features of the truck we bought while keeping a social distance. Being Saturday, we knew we would have to wait a long time for the truck to be ready, but surprised that he kept his word. Monday late evening or Tuesday. We have a new baby girl at home, Andre to is a father and understood that planning and timing is everything in the day to day bases. We wish Andre and his family and the rest of the Boch Chevy a happy holidays from the Miller family! More
stay far away from this dealer, we bought a used car back in early July and have had nothing but headaches from the time we hit finance till now, Mike Morris is the worse finance guy you will ever deal with, in early July and have had nothing but headaches from the time we hit finance till now, Mike Morris is the worse finance guy you will ever deal with, we had a credit score of 810 and he gave us a rate of 9%, when we said keep it he got an attitude, he made me prove I could do better and I did and they out of the blue he matched my rate of 3.75%, he never offered us an extended warranty and we never signed any paperwork declining the warranty, he messed up all of the paperwork which required me to make multiple trips to the dealer and then the dealer had to send a courier to sign paperwork so that the car could be registered, my sales person even told me this should never happen, now the vehicle has been in the shop multiple time for the same issue and the dealer will not make repairs under warranty, they claim the warranty only covers mechanical issues and not electronics STAY AWAY!!!!! More
Customer service and communication at Boch Chevy in Norwood has been remarkably poor. I purchased a $39,000 used vehicle here in the beginning of July. If I had the opportunity to do this all over I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership. The communication is so poor, reception transferring my calls to other dealerships in the in the group, no one knowing who's there or who's not, having great difficulty getting in touch with my salesperson David Skulski repeatedly. After leaving 6 voicemail messages for my salesperson he told me that their phone system was being worked on by their it department and he was not getting any calls. I called from my cell phone sitting right in front of him and miraculously the phone rang and went to voicemail where I left a message and ask him to see if it went through and it had.I went to the dealership on three separate occasions to pick up the vehicle each time it was not ready I was told the paperwork was not done and that there was one person handling all the paperwork for 6 dealerships and there were a thousand deals ahead of me and I needed to be patient.I left six voicemail messages for the general manager John McCarthy he has yet to return one of them. It took over a week to get an e-mailed copy of the registration for this vehicle I had to call five times and text and email to make sure this was done. The transaction for this purchase is yet incomplete, over a month later, as we are still waiting to receive the second key which we made part of our contract upon purchasing the vehicle. My sales person doesn't know when the key was ordered or where it was ordered. I'm sure you're all aware ordering a vehicle key from a parts department should take two to three days at the most it's been almost 3 weeks. I've been patient and listened to the litany of lies and excuses made by the dealership and I want this process to come to an end I'd like what I paid for and I'd like someone there to call me and let me know when the second key for this vehicle will be ready for me to pick up. If you read some negative reviews on the site you'll see that John McCarthy comments and says I'd like to speak with you about this matter as soon as possible my suggestion to you Mr. McCarthy is to call my cell phone 781- ***-***** at your earliest convenience. Not one person I dealt with had patience or any good level of customer service as they all made me feel rushed. Only reason I bought there was because it was the vehicle i wanted with best mileage. I asked Pet if my car could get a quick service, due to the fact, it had been sitting on lot since Feb with no test drives except mine and he insisted the car was perfect. I didn't have the vehicle but a few days when I noticed noise in power steering and had to bring for service within a week. I have gotten thank you's from sales manager thanking me for purchase of a different car. When i went to finance, I had mentioned I could get a lower rate and was told NO, this is best rate. UNTRUE. now I have to wait to refinance when it could have been done that day. More

Boch Chevy went above and beyond to work with me as I was a very challenging customer. I am unable to wear a mask. Due to COVID it was required to wear one in the building. The staff was exceptionally patien a very challenging customer. I am unable to wear a mask. Due to COVID it was required to wear one in the building. The staff was exceptionally patient with me. They were able to serve me in an outdoor capacity for everything except the signing of documents to which they provided me with a face shield to accomplish. I will and have highly recommended this dealership to others and will continue to do so. More
