Bait and Switch on a car we scheduled an appointment to see. Even calling and texting to confirm the next morning. I selected a car online and checked with dealer for availability and appointment. On that day eve, the manager booked an appointment for next day morning. I called the in the morning before leaving from home just to be sure. I did not want to waste mine ot their time. John/Frank picked up the phone and told me we are set and waiting for you. I drove 40 miles on a weekday taking time off from office to see the car. They made me sit for an hour taking details on the trade-in and later when it was time to test-drive they told me, THE CAR IS SOLD. WTH? Then I was told by the sales person, Sekoiya that we have a similar vehicle. She showed me the same vehicle online that I came for and took for a test drive in another car. Before even sitting in the car I realized that this is not the car she showed me online but a different base model. Illetrate people don’t know all cars are not same, there are different models as well. She did not even know that BMW authorized service centers dont put up service information of the car on CARFAX! She was rude as well! Just wasted my time and fuel. Please don’t visit them! More

I recently brought a trade in to Boch Chevrolet in Norwood, MA. I accompanied the sales manager as he evaluated the trade in. He immediately went to the right front tire and identified a liquid as o Norwood, MA. I accompanied the sales manager as he evaluated the trade in. He immediately went to the right front tire and identified a liquid as oil on the outer wall of the tire. He suggested there was an oil leak, which would impact the trade in value of the car. I questioned the source of oil. Given the location and pattern of the oil, it was apparent that the car was stationary when the oil was applied, and that there are no mechanical structures that would drip oil on the outer wall of a tire. The oil was exceptionally clean, uncharacteristic of oil leaking from a 12 year old car. Of course, the sales manager was not eager to offer an explanation and offered none when asked. To the best of my knowledge, tires do not leak oil! We brought the car home and have been driving it for several weeks. Quite mysteriously, there has been no sign of oil on the right front tire! No other sales managers found evidence of an oil leak during their assessment of the car. This seems to be a phenomenon that occurs only in the parking area of Boch Chevrolet! Having been a service advisor for a reputable car dealership, I am well aware that there was and is no oil leak. More

Went to buy a car. Called in to leave a deposit the night before didn't happen. Set an appointment to drive for the following day. Liked the car shook hands on a deal for my trade and a price on the car..Ex before didn't happen. Set an appointment to drive for the following day. I was then pressured into signing a credit app with the promise of a" better rate, and payment and a smoother transaction." In the end they pulled my credit with 7 or more lenders could not offer a deal at my desired terms. tried to force a warranty I didn't want and ultimately refused to hold the deposit on the car unless I went with their lenders. Went to boch chevy to get work done on my 2018 chevy impala. They gave me a list of things to be done, front brakes and rotors, transmission flush, 4 new tires, totalling $1,800. After all that on my way home I hear my brakes making noise. Not knowing much about cars I thought It was the new brakes making noise and it just needs time to warm up. For d next 2 weeks of and on I kept hearing the brakes. So I scheduled another appointment to return my car. I went there at 9:30 in the morning and at 12:30 no one came to speak with me. I sat there 3 hours while this guy ROB say everyone else and said not one word to me after 3 hours of waiting. When I finally went outside to inquire why no one has said anything to me about my car. The young lady on the phone dismissed me and said she on the phone so I waited and even when she got off the phone she dealt with other people and over looked me. After I got upset a ROB in services came to me and said " your car is already as far as the brakes just drive it fast on the highway and make sharp stops and if the noise doesn't go away in a week bring it back and we will do new brake in the back for $500 and I'll waive my fee". Talk about a RIP-OFF. I brought my car in weeks ago to do all that work and on the print out of my inspection u guys mentioned nothing about needing rear brake pads on the day I got all the work done now u telling me I need rear brakes n rotors 3 weeks later. Sounds like any shady mechanic work. They do shady work so u will have to come back and get hit over the head for something else. I will never go back to boch chevy to fix my car when unless my warranty covers it. As far as I'm concerned I don't need to drive 25 minutes to get ripped off I can get ripped of up the street n for a lot less. Also when I got the car 2 years ago the car was missing the front bumper clip til this day I'm still waiting n every time I ask they say when u come in next time. 🤢 More
