The cost of service was totally poor I brought my truck in to have headlight lamp replaced, cost was $83.00 for 15 min. work, then I asked if they could install 2 GM rear mud flaps (total I brought my truck in to have headlight lamp replaced, cost was $83.00 for 15 min. work, then I asked if they could install 2 GM rear mud flaps (total 6 screws), that was $100.00, I said no thanks to the mud flaps. After having the Headlamp replaced, called another GM dealer, they said it would cost approximately $50.00, install of mud flaps $40.00, this is a huge discrepancy, I will never have my vehicle serviced there again. I have told my story to quite a few people, and to top it off, I never received a call back after I completed the survey. This is not a good example of dealer friendly/honest dealership. I ended up having the mud flaps installed at used car dealership for $15.00 X 2 = $30, took 20 mins. More

NOT SATISFIED WHEN I WENT TO CHECK THE ENGINE AFTER MY WIFE CAME HOME FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP I HAD THE HARDEST TIME OPENING THE HOOD. THE MECHANIC DID SOMETHING TO TH WHEN I WENT TO CHECK THE ENGINE AFTER MY WIFE CAME HOME FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP I HAD THE HARDEST TIME OPENING THE HOOD. THE MECHANIC DID SOMETHING TO THE LATCH. I HAD TO TRY 4 TIMES TO GET IT OPENED AND IT IS STILL VERY HARD TO OPEN NOW. IT WAS SO EASY TO OPEN BEFORE WITH JUST MY INDEX FINGER AGAINST THE LATCH TO POP IT LOOSE. ALSO, THE WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID WAS NOT FILLED AND I HAD TO WIPE UP SOME OIL HERE AND THERE ON THE ENGINE AREA. LOOKED TO ME LIKE A REAL RUSH JOB. More
