Service was good but warrantee info not applied at time of s Service center was not able to locate my Master Tech Warrantee and attemted to charge me full price for the service. I had to go down to the dealersh Service center was not able to locate my Master Tech Warrantee and attemted to charge me full price for the service. I had to go down to the dealership and follow up with the underwriter to get confirmation on my warrantee. This is the 3rd time I have had to go up the ladder to get my warantee applied to my service. Please make a notation on my account regarding my warantee information so this does not happen again in the future. More

Quick Service This was my second complimentary oil change ( I received 2 with my new vehicle purchase) I made an appointment and decided to wait versus taking the This was my second complimentary oil change ( I received 2 with my new vehicle purchase) I made an appointment and decided to wait versus taking the complimentary shuttle back home. The first thing I noticed was that the service department is immaculate. I was immediately greeted and my vehicle was taken right in. The waiting area is pleasant and comfortable for a short wait. My car was ready when promised- just under an hour for oil change and tire rotation. They even installed a trailer hitch cover at no additional charge, that I previously purchased but was missing the fasteners. I will definitely be returning for my next planned service. More

The next morning low tire pressure warning all four tires. technician can not assume tire pressure they have to look. one of the reasons I pay more money to have work done at the dealer is quality work. I am now having second thoughts. this has now happened two of the last three times. More

My service adviser , Vicki, took control of the entire process working to insure that my extended warranty covered the full engine replacement minus the required deductible. I can say enough good things from the communication on updates to working on my behalf to insure that my truck will last for years to come. More
