Mr. Nichols, I apologize for the delay in getting your new vehicle registered, causing a delay in your delivery time. The MA Registry system was indeed experiencing down time which caused the issue. Thankfully, our Registry officer came in on Saturday once the system was back online and got the registration processed for you so that the delay was minimized as much as possible. Brought car in for recalls. Told it was going to take 2 hrs +or- took 5 hours we were told it was all set. Gave us the car back only to find the recall issue wasn't working. Cal More
