Came in at 9:20 for a 9:30 simple oil change and tire rotation. Logged the car in and got the text at 9:36 they had started. At 10:45 I called to find out what was going on as I left my 17 year old there rotation. Logged the car in and got the text at 9:36 they had started. Stating it’s only been 1:09 minutes but we were early. Wait you took my car at 9:36 for a simple oil change and tire rotation not anything life altering. A simple 30 minute job that you book an hour appointment but after an hour and 15 minute you get mad that I call. Not good service at all. If you double book then why make appointments. If you’re understaffed just say hey we are running a little slow today and it will take longer. People are going to question running over on a simple task. This will be my last visit here as I normally come from Nashua down. More

Nucar service manager Nicole Lessard seemed to actually care about my situation and kept in constant contact while trying to assist the best she could. After picking the truck up I’d have to say the technician (unknown name) did a stellar job as well as you’d never know an entire engine block and drivers side suspension was replaced. Lost points though for never offering a loaner vehicle even with the warranty work. More
