Came in at 9:20 for a 9:30 simple oil change and tire rotation. Logged the car in and got the text at 9:36 they had started. At 10:45 I called to find out what was going on as I left my 17 year old there rotation. Logged the car in and got the text at 9:36 they had started. At 10:45 I called to find out what was going on as I left my 17 year old there waiting for the car. Very rude customer service stating they were behind. Stating it’s only been 1:09 minutes but we were early. Wait you took my car at 9:36 for a simple oil change and tire rotation not anything life altering. A simple 30 minute job that you book an hour appointment but after an hour and 15 minute you get mad that I call. Not good service at all. If you double book then why make appointments. If you’re understaffed just say hey we are running a little slow today and it will take longer. People are going to question running over on a simple task. This will be my last visit here as I normally come from Nashua down. More
