The Sales team and management was extremely helpful in my need to lease a new vehicle. I have never been better treated by a car dealership. I never felt pressured into anything; options were explained, advocated for perhaps, but they never tried to convince me of anything. I had found a car and after hours of waiting in the office, signing papers, and giving them the title to our trade-in, we made plans to come in on the weekend to pick up the car. Our salesman Jean texted/called me at all hours threatening he was going to sell the car if we could not come ASAP. At this point the car was not worth the trouble that Jean and the dealership were causing. We ended up not only digging up some dirt on the over priced used car, but we found a better deal elsewhere that same weekend, paid in cash, and drove away in our new car the same day. I also got a better offer on my trade-in. Don't waste your time here! More

So when it was time for a new car I never thought about any other dealership. I met Phil and immediately felt like he was an old friend! Never once did he pressure me, instead made sure he knew what I wanted and I did. Phil really did an outstanding job helping me put together my new beautiful 2013 Chevy Malibu LTZ and I love it!!! From the beginning till the day I picked my car up it was a great experience. Thank you Phil! When it came time for the business part Joe was equally attentive and helpful, all done with a smile! I always tell everyone how happy I have been with Lannan since 2001, you will not be disappointed! More

I purchased a new Silverado and I could not be happier with my experience at Lannan. I changed my delivery date several times and it was never a problem, when I picked up my truck everything was ready. I with my experience at Lannan. I had my car towed to Lannan Chevrolet. I was a bit stressed because my 2002 car wouldn't start. Kevin Dogherty was really caring and calmed me down when I spoke with him on the phone. My entire experience with Lannan Chevrolet was very positive. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a deal. Once I was finally ready to get a car, I went back to Lannan because of the level of assistance I received originally. Since this is a new car, I have no experience with their service department, but the service employees I met were quite pleasant and helpful; however, I expect any service I need will be at the same high level as the purchasing experience I had. I would have no hesitation recommending this dealership to family and friends or in purchasing another vehicle from them. More
