Russ Mann was the sales consultant that worked with me. Although I was told he has only been there a short time, I think he is doing a great job! He was extremely friendly and informative. I told him what I was interested in and he found me exactly what I wanted. I also appreciated that he listened to the options I wanted instead of telling me what I needed. I have had some very bad experiences at other dealerships with pushy sales people just trying to make a "sale" and I can honestly say that I never felt that way at Lannan. Kevin Dogherty the General Sales Manager was also very helpful. Even though I thought my own credit union would give me the best interest rate, he found me a better one! The following day he even had all my paperwork ready when I got there. Besides being helpful, Kevin has the patience of at saint! I changed the amount of my deposit and the paperwork needed to be redone. Joe Baker the Business Manager came in to assist with my paperwork. He explained all the warranty information and financing information carefully and clearly and had everything done quickly. Overall I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy my 2012 Chevy Equinox at Lannan Chevrolet. More

Hello all,I was referred to this dealership from a personal friend who bought a truck here in the past. He is also friends with one of the sales associates Mark Sayer so I figured I would give Lannan personal friend who bought a truck here in the past. He is also friends with one of the sales associates Mark Sayer so I figured I would give Lannan a chance for my business. Since it was 10 years since I last purchased a vehicle, I was dreading the entire car buying process which most people do. However, walking into Lannan was a breath of fresh air. Not only did Mark take care of me even though he works mostly in commercial sales, Tony Martins and others also stepped in and helped me when Mark was not working. Unlike, my past vehicle buying experiences, everyone at Lannan seemed to work together and helped me with all my needs no matter who I was dealing with. After finally selecting the vehicle that I wanted I had the pleasure of crunching numbers with Dan Jones. Dan was a straight forward guy and broke everything down for me in plain English with no BS. Unlike other dealerships where you negotiate for days and haggle for hours, Dan understood where I wanted to be price wise and did his best to accommodate me. Although I didn't get the exact price I was hoping for and Dan wasn't willing to pay money out of his own pocket to get my payment down :) after it was all said and done I did feel I got a fair price for the vehicle. I also felt I got a fair amount for my trade in which Dan negotiated as well. Today I picked up my Truck and signed all the paperwork with Joe Baker. Joe was another straight forward individual who went over all the warranty info and add on options, etc. He explained every option thoroughly as he is required to do but didn't pressure me one way or another into any one plan. After meeting with Joe, Mark went over all the options in full detail of the truck and took the time to set up my navigation system and Onstar etc. Although I left Lannan with a lot less money in my pocket, I left with a great truck and the satisfaction knowing I got a fair deal and a surprisingly stress free buying experience. I would recommend Lannan for sure and you wont go wrong dealing with Mark Sayer, Tony Martins, Dan Jones and Joe Baker. Sincerely Derek Doucette More

A lot of people say that true customer service is dead and gone, but I am here to tell you it is alive and well at Lannan Chevrolet of Lowell. Although I do have other Chevrolet dealers that are closer to my home, Lannan has earned my Loyalty and Respect and I will not bring my vehicle anywhere else for service.
