I had oil change and tire rotation. tires under inflated. The service was done quickly for oil change and tire rotation. All 4 tires are under inflated by at least 3-5 lbs. the 2 fronts suppose to be 65 they The service was done quickly for oil change and tire rotation. All 4 tires are under inflated by at least 3-5 lbs. the 2 fronts suppose to be 65 they are 61 and 62. the 2 rears suppose to be 80psi they are both 75 , the biggest inconvience is NO public air goes over 70lbs so i cannot even pull in somewhere to put the proper air in.... I am aware that the pressure increases with heat however, the tires were NOT warm or heated when the air was put in them and it was like that immediately when I got home only 2 miles from dealership. Pressure has not come up even on the drive home. Big inconvience to have to bring vehicle back to dealership to get the correct air in the tires. This was one of the free oil changes and tire rotations. More
Waste of my time. I ordered a level 2 charger for my new Bolt. I wanted a charger that plugs in. I got a charger that had to be hard wired. Unfortunately, I did not know this until I got home and opened the box. I had to go to Lannan to pick it up and then had to go back twice to return it as the person in parts the first trip back didn't have a clue about the level 2 charger. what a waste of time! More

Made an appointment a few days prior for a 3 PM diagnostic visit which I was going to pay out of my pocket not under warranty. I work an hour away and had to notify my work that I would be leaving and hour early and using vacation time to make this appointment only to find that when I showed up they could not take me because they were too busy even though I scheduled an appointment. They offered to leave my truck which I cannot do And can look at it the next day at their convenience not mine. More
Worst Experience in 30 years! Was sold a used 2012 Silverado from Jimmy T - drove it very little from purchase in Sept to Oct due to motorcycle driving. First maintenance was about $150 - second maintenance - $2,100 - NO heat on drivers side (which impacts defrost and whole truck), frozen brake lines (Jimmy tells me this happens in New England), dead battery and ball joints. I paid for the battery and in two maintenance visits spent $750+ and was offered to split the difference and pay an additional $965 for their failure to sell me a safe vehicle. Jimmy a week ago told me he have the Manager call me - still NO call. Jimmy keeps telling me brake lines freeze in New England, as an excuse rather than take the blame and fix them. I would NOT have purchased this vehicle had I known it needed almost $2,800 in regular repairs - Picked up my daughter and gf last night, around 10pm in the storm - NO HEAT, NO DEFROST - driving down the highway as carefully and safely as I could. My daughter questions WHY don't these things work dad, didn't you just buy this truck? Disgusting, wretched people who treat customers like wallets - they care little about people's safety, return customers and quality service. Stay clear of this place - I can recommend smaller dealers who will pay far more attention to detail and care what's behind the wheel of your next vehicle. More

My wife 's new Sienna was rear-ended with a lot of damage. They took good care of her. Then the tailgate got scratched by the garage door and the matched the paint perfectly with no dust spots, fisheyes, etc. I would definitely have work done there. sincerely,jbugsley More
