I couldn’t ask for a more friendly, knowledgeable, or professional sales man, he answered any and all questions I had about the new technology in this vehicle , and I had plenty , he took the time to demonstrate each and every system in the truck, and what I didn’t understand he did it again until I got it. Honestly I still don’t have it all down yet, but jimmy is always there for me when I need him , and I will I’m sure. From the start with my first Tahoe we’ve struck up a friendship over the years . Jimmy T showed us a perfect example in Chevy Cruze. After a leisurely test drive by ourselves, we returned to Jimmy T where he sat us down and went over all the items the car comes with. This was a CPO vehicle with remaining factory warranties. Jimmy was easy to listen to and did an exceptional job of describing the benefits of dealing with Lannan. He even reduced the price! He made sure the remote start system was operable and furnished new remote key rings. He also furnished us with new floor mats and the car looked brand new when we picked it up. He also followed up with phone calls to make sure all was okay. In short, They made the entire experience leisurely and enjoyable. I will definitely consider Lannan for my future purchases. Usually when I buy a vehicle I have all mentions of the dealership taken off, as I think they take away from the vehicle itself. HOWEVER, in this case I left all Lannan of Lowell Stickers & Plate Holders on my vehicle because I want everybody to know where the beat dealership in Massachusetts is located!
