Paid more than another shop down the street After my car didn't start three days in a row and my local shop didn't think it was the battery, I brought it to Lannan without an appointment becau After my car didn't start three days in a row and my local shop didn't think it was the battery, I brought it to Lannan without an appointment because I purchased it there along with an extended warranty (a little over a year ago). So I expected awesome service. Also I thought the extended warranty extended the initial makers bumper-to-bumper warranty So my first disappointment was finding out my car is one month out of the original makers warranty and the extended warranty doesn't cover a battery. My bad for not reading the fine print. On a positive note, Lannan ran diagnostics first thing the next day and told me it was the battery. They gave me a quote for a replacement with an 18 month warranty. I told them I wanted a battery with a longer warranty, such as Interstate. They called back saying their distributor didn't carry Interstate, but they could get a Ford original equipment battery which had a 3 year warranty. I made one call and found a service shop within a half mile who carried Interstate. After Lannan called the shop they quoted me a higher price than the service shop was selling it for. Lannan said they had to mark it up to make a profit. I found this disappointing because I ended up spending $30 more than if I went to the Interstate service shop who I found versus Lannan who I had spent north of $20,000 in late 2017. So much for customer service. More

I needed urgent work on my car and she was able to squeeze me in on New Years eve at the last minute, and Vicky in serv Lisa Scibilia was a lifesaver. I needed urgent work on my car and she was able to squeeze me in on New Years eve at the last minute, and Vicky in service helped to make it possible for my car to be finished the same day so I had it for work on Wednesday! Very unhappy customer Where do I start.... First of I came in 7:30am Monday morning to have the new remotes programmed for my 2019 Traverse. (Remote start) I was told th Where do I start.... First of I came in 7:30am Monday morning to have the new remotes programmed for my 2019 Traverse. (Remote start) I was told this would take 30-40 mins. I sat and waited just about 3 hours! What is the point of even making an appointment? Also while I was here I went to look for the registration to my vehicle that I never received. Since I was there so early the only person in the showroom was Brian (sales manager). He told me he couldn’t find it and would figure it out and get back to me. I went to sit in the service waiting area. About and hour later my salesperson came over with new plates, registration and a screw gun in his hand. Said that he would be putting the new plates on the car. Wait, what?!? I had the Mrs. driving this car around for 10 days. The vehicles was not even registered! MA gives you 7 days if you have sold the other vehicle. Not 10. On top of all this they told my insurance against they would be transferring the plates, so come to find out 3 days later I have 2 vehicles registered and insured because nobody did the plate return to cancel the previous vehicle. What a xxxx joke! I didn’t even get an apology for this mess More
