I called on a Monday to schedule an appointment for my work truck on the following Saturday since I was off. It was a holiday weekend but they were still open. I called and they took very brief information then said ok we will see you then. I asked them if they want my name and phone number along with year, make and model and what parts I needed. They reluctantly took the info. No more than a few hours later I get a call from their service department asking me to bring it in on Friday instead. I told them sorry but I need my truck for work and I cant that's why I set it up for Sat. I asked him if he wanted all the info for my fleet plan card. He then said oh we cant do it Saturday cuz Lease plan is not open. I said yes they are as I have talked with them on weekends plus you can get pre approval.. Then he said he wont be able to fix my truck Saturday because they wont get the part in time. I again told him I know what part I need. He questioned the parts and said it could take a while to figure out. I told him I needed the whole assembly and its a very common part that they stock and under $100. I told them if they don't have one to make sure they do order one to have it ready for me. Then he said they reason they cant do it on Saturday is that they needed the truck for a few hours to figure out what they need then I need to bring it back another time to be fixed. I don’t have time to make two appointment for a single simple repair. My spare tire would not drop down when cranked so I cut the cable and thus needing a new cable and assembly. Very simple, he then said he still needed for a couple of hours. I told him I don't have time for this run around and he keeps giving me reason after reason why he cant do it. It was very clear to me that they didn't want to be working on a holiday weekend. After all this I drove to Sears. One of their technicians walked outside looked under my truck and within 5 seconds said ok, we will order the part and we will see you Saturday. Took them 1 hr to do it and even the manager of Sears got in his personal car and picked up the part so it would definitely be there. Funny part is Sears bought the part from Lannan of Lowell. So simple and easy probably because they wanted the work. I would rather just have had them tell me they are not interested in the repair than them rifling excuse after excuse on why it cant be done. More

I had been to at least half a dozen dealerships prior to visiting Lannan Chevy. I walk out of all of them due to pushy sales people. When I went to Lannan, JP came out and met us in the parking lot. The car I was looking at was way out of my price range. Instead of trying to convince me to buy it, he showed me vehicles that were in my price range. In my experience, most dealers try and sell you the most expensive thing they can get you into. JP was just the opposite. I felt like he was trying to help me find a car i would like, not just sell me something. He was friendly and very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone. I could not be more pleased with my experience. I will def be back there when I decide to get a new car a few years from now! It will be my first and only stop. More

While other dealerships didn't seem to want to sell me a car, Tony not only did, but made every effort to make the whole process quick and painless. He gave me a good price up front, was very honest and open about my options, and when I requested a very specific set of options, usually requiring a special order, Tony made sure to find me something as close as possible, do the work to bring it up to my exact specifications, and deliver me a car in about a week (as opposed to the 2 1/2 months others told me to expect). He gave me a great price on my trade-in, too. The best part was, this was my first manual transmission, and Tony actually took the time to make sure I was comfortable driving it before I drove it home. That was far more than I had expected from anyone. I couldn't have been more pleased with everything (and I can usually find something to gripe about). I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. In fact, another dealer near Boston also recommended Lannan Chevrolet of Lowell when I was still looking around, so if you don't trust me, just listen to another dealership. More
