Also I got a notification that I declined OnStar when I was never offered it. My last purchase in 2011 came with an OnStar trial and xm radio—seems to be dealer based extras perhaps. It’s too bad dealerships don’t focus more on the customer, I know the sale is important but it shouldn’t be so much more. I have yet to establish loyalty to a specific dealership for this reason—no one stands behind what they say. The process was smooth and well explained especially by finance. So overall an average experience. More

Nightmare of an experience with this dealership. Truck is still not fixed after being the shop 6-7 times. Last time it was in shop they changed what was wron of an experience with this dealership. Truck is still not fixed after being the shop 6-7 times. Last time it was in shop they changed what was wrong with the truck twice in one day. My husband looked at another truck he was interested in and was thinking about trading his in but they would not budge on the price or fix the paint issues correctly. Now conveniently a week later that truck’s price went from 22.5k to $19995. It took two days for them to have his service history paperwork ready when we picked his truck up to bring elsewhere. Don’t do business with this dealer. There are better dealers out there that you can feel confident with buying or having your vehicle serviced! More

Oops, we can fix that. I came in Saturday for a simple oil change and inspection sticker, but someone backed my car into something while in the shop. I had to return on Monday May 20th to work it out. The Service Manager "Jack Adams" gave me the "Super Service" treatment, and a rental car for the day while the body shop worked and did an excellent job on the rear bumper. Oil change I came in for an oil change they did that they rotated my tires and put air in the checked my fluids added where it needed it. They said they filled the windshield washer fluid but they didn't do it because I have no fluid to wash my windshield. That's the only thing that I am not satisfied with. More
