not good car was brought in for no a/c service manager Vicki Merrill said problem was from previous repair which Lannan Collision repaired .told me i had to pa car was brought in for no a/c service manager Vicki Merrill said problem was from previous repair which Lannan Collision repaired .told me i had to pay for 3hrs. diagnostic fee to get my car back .related to a $ 7.71 dollar part, I paid $ 462.84 out off my pocket. Arbella insurance said they wound not pay because they could not see anything when the adjuster got there, car was back together.seems to me that previous work should have been covered by Lannan and not me.
