The cost of service was totally poor I brought my truck in to have headlight lamp replaced, cost was $83.00 for 15 min. work, then I asked if they could install 2 GM rear mud flaps (total I brought my truck in to have headlight lamp replaced, cost was $83.00 for 15 min. work, then I asked if they could install 2 GM rear mud flaps (total 6 screws), that was $100.00, I said no thanks to the mud flaps. After having the Headlamp replaced, called another GM dealer, they said it would cost approximately $50.00, install of mud flaps $40.00, this is a huge discrepancy, I will never have my vehicle serviced there again. I have told my story to quite a few people, and to top it off, I never received a call back after I completed the survey. This is not a good example of dealer friendly/honest dealership. I ended up having the mud flaps installed at used car dealership for $15.00 X 2 = $30, took 20 mins. More
Regular maintenance Had an oil change,tires rotated regular maintenance performed for 18,000 miles. Took about an hour which is what they had told me. Very satisfied. NOT SATISFIED WHEN I WENT TO CHECK THE ENGINE AFTER MY WIFE CAME HOME FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP I HAD THE HARDEST TIME OPENING THE HOOD. THE MECHANIC DID SOMETHING TO TH WHEN I WENT TO CHECK THE ENGINE AFTER MY WIFE CAME HOME FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP I HAD THE HARDEST TIME OPENING THE HOOD. THE MECHANIC DID SOMETHING TO THE LATCH. I HAD TO TRY 4 TIMES TO GET IT OPENED AND IT IS STILL VERY HARD TO OPEN NOW. IT WAS SO EASY TO OPEN BEFORE WITH JUST MY INDEX FINGER AGAINST THE LATCH TO POP IT LOOSE. ALSO, THE WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID WAS NOT FILLED AND I HAD TO WIPE UP SOME OIL HERE AND THERE ON THE ENGINE AREA. LOOKED TO ME LIKE A REAL RUSH JOB. More

Untrustworthy I took my truck for brakes inspection before July 4, 2019. Came back home, got a den in the rear center cap. I brought it back to have it take a look and he service lady denied the responsibility for the damage. Worse, during the re inspection, we noticed some of the screws for the caps were loose in all wheels. The service lady had to call the technician to tightening up the screws. If the tech did not pay close attention and did a lousy job, the damage to the center cap was highly caused by negligent. This was a latest incident, other prior services were satisfied. Now, I am in doubt if to go back. More
