Easier car purchase I have ever experienced. I originally did my on research online about Equinox pricing to determine my offer in advance. Spoke with Marty a couple of times and we agreed to an offer over the phone rather quickly. Went to the dealership on Monday 11/26 for my daughter to test drive the vehicle and Elliott was very helpful. I was in for an Oil change and the Foc stopped working? I went in for an Oil change and the Fob died and thought I was done but Marc used the secret slot? and started the car. he then reprogrammed the Fob I went in for an Oil change and the Fob died and thought I was done but Marc used the secret slot? and started the car. he then reprogrammed the Fob and it has been working fine since. Only took a few minutes longer to be on the road. It was little thing but much appreciated. More
