Service department is terrible. Bought a brand new Traverse. Within a month the engine started making a very loud fluttering noise while at lights/idle. Brought it back under warran Bought a brand new Traverse. Within a month the engine started making a very loud fluttering noise while at lights/idle. Brought it back under warranty and was told this is a normal sound. I have had a lot of vehicles and none of them have ever sounded like this. So here I am with a brand new car that is annoying as xxxx to drive! More
