urgently had to purchase a vehicle with tough requests Elliot was awesome. I had to unexpectedly replace my HHR and was in a wicked rush. Over paces tried up-selling me, or didn't want to spend the time Elliot was awesome. I had to unexpectedly replace my HHR and was in a wicked rush. Over paces tried up-selling me, or didn't want to spend the time looking to see if they could meet the requirements and price range I was looking at. In fact 1 dealership (I will not name it here) was so bad about trying to up sell me, and then tried selling me on something totally different that I walked off the lot). I showed up late in the day close to closing. Elliot came over and right from the start was very attentive and helpful. I told him the situation and how what I needed was a vehicle that sat at least 6 people or more, could tow, had low miles since I drive a lot every day (about 60-70 miles) and, the hard part / catch, in the $15,000-$20,000 range. Well...he didn't try to sell me on something or walk me around...he told me and son to enjoy some coffee, water, or hot chocolate while he checked inventory and what he had... well he was gone for no more than 5-10 minutes or so. He came back and started off apologizing for taking so long - wow I thought - it was not that long of a wait. I expected a much longer wait or even the unfortunate news that he did not have anything available in my range for what I was looking for. Well, he followed that greeting by saying that he brought out front what he had and was up front with telling me it was on the high end of my range but the closest he had to what I was looking for, but wanted to have it up front in case it was something I wanted to take a look at without walking through the lot to get to it...I was sold right there!!!! This is EXACTLY the type of working relationship I really needed at the time, and with the added bonus of getting a vehicle that met my needs and requests. Elliot was AWESOME and I cannot recommend him enough ... I truely and really look forward to working with Elliot again. Thank You Elliot! Parts and service I recently lost my keys made an appointment to get that replaced two parts starter and key. When I called to make you appointment they transferred me I recently lost my keys made an appointment to get that replaced two parts starter and key. When I called to make you appointment they transferred me between the apartments and confirmed they had both pieces so we set up an appointment with service the week after Monday at 1 all they had what is the starter the key they sell so they program the starter now I have to go back when the kid comes in to pick up not very happy thank you Roger McDonald More
