It took 55 minu They were most helpful in setting up my appointment and procuring a loaner vehicle through Hertz. The Hertz experience was exhausting. It took 55 minutes to rent a vehicle. I guess Monday mornings must be very busy! With respect to fixing my list of three items under warranty - they are batting 333. One for three is very good in baseball but not so much in repairing vehicles. They were able to fix the rattle near the steering wheel. The transmission slippage at 5-8 mph upon acceleration was finally duplicated after I took the technician for a ride but he said there is no fix unless GM releases a software fix. There is a sweet smell odor when first starting the vehicle and then driving off. It dissipates after driving for about one minute. It appears to be coming from the blower while the A/C unit is on. More

Average Having trouble with a/c. Apparently all they did was listen to it. Couldn’t find problem, although they did have time for oil change. So got oil cha Having trouble with a/c. Went before with a tire problem and accidentally made appointment at wrong Lannan location, was disappointed they didn’t offer to look. Had to drive to Woburn. More
My brand to truck had a large screw in the one of the tires. I just picked up my brand new truck and drove home. My wife wanted to go for a ride so we took our dog and was getting in the truck when I noticed I just picked up my brand new truck and drove home. My wife wanted to go for a ride so we took our dog and was getting in the truck when I noticed a large screw sticking out of the front tire. We drove back to the dealer and my salesman told me to drive into the service department. He spoke with the woman at the desk and she said they would take care of it right away. She told me that we could wait in the customer lounge. I explained that we had our dog with us and she said no problem we could take him with us. They fixed the tire right away and we were back on the road within ten minutes. More

She listened to my concerns, took care of all of them, got me ride back to work, called me when it was done, and even offered to get me picked up and brought back to the dealership. Having been a service writer for a Chevrolet dealer for 9 years in the '70's, I know what it's like-not always fun. She did a great job. More
