My first appointment was booked for my recall to be fixed and after an hour and a half of waiting, I was told that the job was not completed because Nucar did not have the part in stock. I booked another app and after an hour and a half of waiting, I was told that the job was not completed because Nucar did not have the part in stock. I booked another appointment to have the recall fixed, and this time it was completed, however, when I got back into my vehicle, I noticed that the windshield wipers were a quarter of the way up the windshield obstructing my view of the road. The service technician who serviced my recall replaced the motor of my windshield wipers however he failed to properly align them the way they were when I brought them in. 👎🏻 More
