The repair on my truck took 4 days longer than they told me. It was a fairly simple exhaust pipe repair. I understand things come up, maybe they had to order a part they thought they had. But they didn’t ca me. It was a fairly simple exhaust pipe repair. I understand things come up, maybe they had to order a part they thought they had. But they didn’t call me once, didn’t respond to my messages. It took 3-4 phone calls from me on the 3rd day (business days that is, they had it all weekend as well) for someone to finally tell me a new projected date. I asked that they call me to give me a better idea of a time when that date came. They didn’t. I had a week off of work, and was planning on getting things done. My truck was supposed to be finished on Friday, the prior week. It got pushed to Monday. Monday I heard nothing. On Tuesday, after several attempts to get a hold of someone, they told me Wednesday. On Wednesday, after I called them in the afternoon, the truck was ready by 4 pm. Ruined my week. No apologies, no discount on the insane labor rate they charge. This was not my first bad experience there. It will be my last. More
