Salesman was very nice. There was no pressure to buy like other dealers. I told him the color I wanted and he showed me the 2012 & 2013 model. I bought the 2013 because it was a better value. My personal past experiences buying cars have been so stressful. Yesterday I purchased a 2011 Chevy Malibu LTZ and the entire process was unbelievably easy at Lannan ! The paperwork was presented in an uncomplicated manner and everything was thoroughly explained to me. I cannot say enough how well I was treated by everyone there - so very nice ! I also feel as if the purchase will not be the end of the relationship. They told me to call anytime with any questions about my car (and they meant it) and explained the service department so I can keep my car running perfectly. You can even schedule appointments on line ! I had shopped around at other dealerships and not only was it the best experience I have ever had buying a car but they gave me the best price !! After a week of SUV shopping with my husband, we had seen many dealers and many different sales tactics. Jim was a breath of fresh air. He greeted us as we pulled in the lot (though I should specify he was many dealers and many different sales tactics. Jim was a breath of fresh air. He greeted us as we pulled in the lot (though I should specify he was friendly and not the aggressive-sales type) and showed us right to the Equinox we wanted to look at. We had also been hoping to see an Escape and there was a 2011 one on the lot so Jim showed us that as well. He popped the hood and showed us everything inside and he took the time to go over all the buttons and options inside the cars as well. We test drove them in town and on the highway, which was nice since we do a lot of highway driving. When it came time to talk about finances, Jim offered us a good deal and then quickly bargained down to make the Equinox affordable for us without any of the usual comments (we're gonna go broke on this, etc). He offered us a very fair and great deal. We decided we still wanted to check on a few more options but told him we'd let him know. We did check other cars and we even checked a competing Chevy dealer just because we were very new to the car buying process and wanted to make sure we were getting a good price (it's hard to tell from websites since all around the country there are different invoice and msrp prices). We definitely were! Yet, when I called Jim back and let him know this other dealer was going to be able to lower the price a little, Jim did the same for us. Since Jim was the one who had really sold us on the Equinox, we thought it only fair to give him the sale and drove back to Lowell after letting Jim know we'd take his offer. When we arrived this time, there was no additional haggling or price changes. We simply went to the finance office with Joe Baker and started signing the paperwork. We could not be more happy with our car and with Lannan Chevrolet. Really a great group of guys - very helpful, informative, and never aggressive. We would highly recommend them (and the Equinox!) and hope to buy our next car there in the future! More

My husband and I went to Lannan Chevrolet in Lowell in search of a used pickup truck. Initially we purchased a used vehicle, and the next day went back and purchased a new Silverado 1500 instead. When we went back the next day to purchase new instead, Jimmy T. was off, and we worked with Carlton, who was equally as wonderful. No pressure, no games. They worked with us to make us happy with a vehicle, a price and a payment plan that worked for us. Joe Baker was excellent in getting us the right bank and explaining the warranty information. Kevin Dogherty was instrumental in getting us the vehicle and the price we wanted. Overall working with this group of people at this dealership was a wonderful experience.
