Chris walked me through all of the features of the Kia without shoving each of them in my face, as many dealers can tend to do. He was very easy-going and relaxed. He also provided me with other vehicles based on my criteria, and had them ready for me to inspect the next time I came to visit. When I finally decided, Chris streamlined all of the paperwork and closing the deal was relatively hassle-free. My only complaint would have to be my wait time when actually buying the car (over an hour). Otherwise, great service! More

I noticed he paid attention to my reactions on my selected vehicles which allowed him the ability to assist me with my purchase taking into consideration my feelings about each car. He did not try to fast talking me into a vehicle just to make a sale. He was very patient and extremely friendly.
