Jon got one of the tech guys Manny and they took a look at my car after a quick test drive and quick analysis they assured me I would be fine to continue on my trip. They were straight forward and honest and I left there confident I would have no issues. I would recommend anyone to have their car serviced here! More
Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle FRAUD Brace yourself for the horror story of my experience with Noyes VW of keene. I purchased a certified pre owned VW under warranty a few months ago from Noyes VW of keene. I noticed several serious problems with my vehicle the day I took it home so I contacted them right away to set up a time to go in, talk with them and show them what I thought was wrong with my vehicle. I felt like I was really being given the cold shoulder and they showed very little interest in me or my questions or concerns. After several phone calls and then emails without any resolution I decided to take my vehicle for an inspection at a certified mechanics. What they found was shocking and surprising on a certified pre-owned vehicle with such low mileage. Shocking and pricey. I didn't like this report and decided to get a second opinion elsewhere at another certified shop. This report was nearly identical to the first. (2) certified mechanics confirmed and verified what I was hearing and noticing while driving my car was actually a real problem and needed repairs. After several emails and phone calls I got an email from the owner himself, Rob Noyes. Now we can get to the mainline or the core of the Dealership. The principal, Rob Noyes. I had an appointment set to meet Rob. When I pulled into the lot and parked Rob was wandering around outside, made eye contact with me several times that instant purposely ignoring me and showing me he would get to me when he felt like it. Terrible glances and even worse angry look on his face. Very BAD first impression and negative treatment at a business where I just made a substantial purchase. I wasn't expecting to be treated like a king. I was just expecting to be treated with respect and a little bit of friendliness seeing how the only way I ever interacted with any of the people at Noyes VW was respectful, friendly, kind and positive. When Rob decided to come talk to me, he walked over and circled around my car with a scowl before even saying hello. When I met Rob, it was cold, unfriendly and like it was the last thing on earth he wanted to be doing. He made no efforts to lessen this appearance, at that point I knew he did not care one tiny bit. Every bit of our conversation was negative and he treated me like I was stupid and had no idea what I was talking about. Every comment he made to me was degrading and insulting he ignored and refused to directly reply to anything I was asking him. I realized I was in for a nightmare but at this time I had no idea it could get so much worse. After talking to Rob for awhile I asked him to go for a ride with me in the car. I told him I wanted him to hear and feel everything I was telling him about for himself. I told him at the original test drive the salesperson had the radio on at an above average volume and the air conditioner on at full strength. I didn't think much of it until I drove home with no radio and the windows down. Rob got into the drivers seat and I got into the passenger seat. We drove for about 3 minutes in the direction of chesterfield. I asked him if he could hear the things I was complaining about, he said he could and that we would figure it out when we got back to the dealership. YES! I thought even though this guy is dry, rude and treating me like a peasant he just said he is going to fix it for me so this is all going to work out! Now... We pull into the dealership and we park... We walk around the back of the building talking, seems like Rob is going to work things out and repair the problems with my CPO VW. WRONG! you are not going to believe what happens next. Rob takes me to a small trailer next to trash cans in the back of the building and opens a trailer that has trash, old ripped up cardboard, and a set of very old rusty rims. He looked at me and says "you can have these, we can put these in your trunk and call it even" I almost died. I wanted to tell him to go to xxxx. I was shocked and so hurt that anyone would treat me this way instead I swallowed my pride and kept my smile treating him like a prince and said no thank you Rob, I don't think I want those. We walked back over to my vehicle, Rob was colder and ruder now he circled my car a few times looking at it and plainly said if it costs him one dollar out of his pocket he is not going to fix anything on my car. I was angry and never been disrespected on such a high level by anyone, anywhere in any business transaction. I literally am treated more like a human being buying a pack of gum at a gas station. At this point I had truly had it. Rob didn't even look at the mechanics reports I brought him and took my own time to go have done for my own knowledge and protection but at this point everything had gone so terribly wrong I thought I would try again. I extended my hand to pass the paperwork to Rob and he wouldn't even take it or look at it. I tried going back recently and was treated even worse by Rob's son, Spencer Noyes. watch out for CPO vehicle fraud at Noyes More

I was in the market for finding a new car and trading in my 2014 Jetta. I have bought now 2 cars from Noyes and both times have been with Leo Barrell. Leo is excellent he makes sure what you are getting is exactly what you want. He walked us through the car in and out and made sure it was perfect. Once the paper work part was done, quick and easy, he got us on our way. I will definitely be going back to Noyes. More

I could not settle on one so I went to Autofair VW in Nashua, NH where the sales manager was a total crook. So I went back to Noyes VW in Keene and it just so happened that they just got in a 2011 Golf right off of a lease with 30,000 miles. I was able to trade in my 2005 Ford Focus ZX3 for $2,000 (probably what it was worth). The 2011 Golf was advertised online on Noyes' website at being World Auto Certified with a listing price of $15,650. When I began negotiating with Mike he tried upping the price by $1,000 for "Certification Fee." I put my foot down on that one because the car was advertised as already being certified online for $15k, not $16k... The sales person backed down and I was able to get them to take $500 or so off to get down to the TrueCar price. All said and done I was able to get them to around $15,000 flat - I financed the rest after the trade-in, around $13,000; I was able to get a slightly lower rate from VW Credit than what they first advertised because I have good credit. Bottom line: Do your research, take plenty of test drives, know the car, know what it is worth. More
Over three trips to Noyes in the year after we bought our new Touareg from them, we kept mentioning a problem with the passenger seat back not staying where it was set. We were told each time, basically, tha new Touareg from them, we kept mentioning a problem with the passenger seat back not staying where it was set. We were told each time, basically, that this couldn't be happening, since this was a manual control. Each time we were told that they would do research on this and get back to us. We spoke to several different people over the course of the year, but no one ever got back to us. We decided to visit a different dealership. We went to Northampton VW. The problem was diagnosed in less than five minutes, a part was ordered and the problem was fixed. At Noyes, we felt as though we were not being taken seriously. As a result, our visits to Noyes began to feel very confrontational to us. We will not be using this dealership again. More
My daughter was looking for a used Jetta. We looked at several Jettas at several dealerships before going to Noyes. We found the sales staff at Noyes friendly, professional and knowledgable. Negotiating w several Jettas at several dealerships before going to Noyes. We found the sales staff at Noyes friendly, professional and knowledgable. Negotiating was straight forward, no games, no pressure. John(sales)and Terry (finiances) did a great job helping my daughter stay within her budget and get the vehicle she wanted. John thoroughly explained everything regarding the car. I would recommend this dealership. This was the first time my daughter bought a car from a dealer and I was surprised we actually enjoyed the experience! More
