Unexpected Gem I happened to stumble across this dealership on accident and decided to stop in after seeing the nice selection of jeeps sitting out front. My expectations were not high to start with and I was a little skeptical of the size of the dealership. However, after stopping in and being greeted Julio I immediately felt welcomed and made me realize that you can still get that “small town dealership service and hospitality” in the city that I grew up with in the country. Julio walked me around showing me the nice selection of used Jeep Wranglers on the lot. He knew exactly what their inventory was, the options that came in each of the Jeeps and did not try to over sell me or push me into any decisions. I know that this is a used Jeep dealer but all of the Jeep’s I looked at were flawless and well taken care of. They were lease vehicles and had pristine Carfax reports as well as factory warranties. With all that being said I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a Jeep to at least stop in to see what they have to offer. They have a great selection with highly competitive and unbeatable prices! More

Novak dispelled this concern because they stock lease trade-ins, so someone has already paid the depreciation, you might have a cosmetic bump or ding here or there (it adds character) but the vehicle has been checked out and you get a better deal. The miles stay low, so the in-stock quality doesn't range too far, and the dealers are open and honest about their process on wanting your business. They worked with my customized circumstances, made sure my family was comfortable with the purchase, and worked to meet us on the purchase price, rate, and payments. Julio was knowledgeable, courteous and understood my concerns and needs. Plus he was fun to ride around and test drive a bunch of cars with. If, at the end of the day, if you haven't had fun buying your car, you were probably shopping with the wrong people. I plan to keep my car for the next 10 years, and I plan to shop with them again when I'm ready to buy. More
