Great customer service I have never bought a car at Novak before. Now I cannot imagine buying from anyone else. My rep Rene Hernandez and I probably spent more time just visiting and talking about family and life than we did cars. He never pressured me and gave sound advice and direction. I went on a Saturday morning and was out of there within hours. Respectful of me as a customer and respectful of my free time. You guys will see me again! More
