Duct tape was used to hold the car together This is my second car from Novak Motors. I loved and sang their praises to everyone I work with and my friends.....UNTIL I spied duct tape many month This is my second car from Novak Motors. I loved and sang their praises to everyone I work with and my friends.....UNTIL I spied duct tape many months later holding a piece of undercarriage part together. I bought my RANGE ROVER in October of 2017. Took it to dealer ship and I was made to feel like an idiot by Rene Hernandez (my precious salesman) He said to the effect: well you bought the car in October, what's not to say you put the duct tape under there. He would not look underneath the car, I had to climb on the ground to take pictures. Sent him the pictures and he said he would talk to the manager. 2 weeks later I have yet to hear from them. By the way, I work for the post office and yesterday Novak Motors advertised their service shop....most of the carriers asked if this was the place I but my car--they remember me talking about how good I was treated. They were all surprised I am no longer a Novak Motors backer. They said they would look elsewhere when they start looking of any pre owned cars after hearing my ordeal and lack of professionalism. I am sadden to learn once they sell you on a car they don't care or act professional when an unexpected duct tape issue rolls up. Yes I bought the cars as is, but never in my life did i think I had to look under the Range Rover for duct tape. All my friends have now learned what to look for in the future. More
