No gimmicks, no baiting, and as another I was looking for Used Jeep as my Honda's transmission need to be replaced. GREAT experience at Novak Motors. No gimmicks, no baiting, and as another customer wrote: “No pressure, no games, no waiting for a manager.” Late in the evening of my search I was looking online, and found a Jeep in stock on there web site that I was interested in, and placed a call & left a message; expecting a call back the next day. Much to my surprise, I received a return call later that same evening from Scott. I told him what I was looking for & our status with the Honda, and we arranged to come in for a test drive. Wow! They were VERY accommodating, and there was NO pressure!!!! Very low key! Well, they got our Sale! We got the Jeep and we LOVE it! This was an easy, pleasant car buying experience. We (my husband and I) were treated very well and bought a great vehicle at a fair price. Most dealers could learn a lot here. I felt very comfortable and encouraged to ask questions, and he gave me concise answers- no runaround while looking. Picking up my gorgeous, like-new Jeep Cherokee was very quick with no back end pressure or up selling either. I was involved in an auto accident on June 12th th I cannot say enough good about the staff and the overall car buying experience at Novak Motors NY. I was involved in an auto accident on June 12th that totaled my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and left me quite shaken to say the least. Based on my ability to walk away from the accident with only minor scrapes and bruises I decided that I was going to purchase another Jeep Grand Cherokee, and was fortunate enough to find a listing from Novak Motors NY. This put me in touch with Scott who was incredibly understanding of the situation I was in; trying to quickly replace my vehicle while trying to recover from an accident. When the vehicle I originally inquired about sold, Scott called and directed me to Novak's website where I was able to view other similar vehicles in stock. I let Scott know which vehicle I was interested in, scheduled the appointment, and when I arrived at the showroom was happily surprised to find the car with a sign on the windshield that said "Reserved for Sarah." It was that personal touch, as well as his friendly disposition that sold me on the car in less than 10 minutes. Added to that was the fact that he was considerate of my budget and didn't try to sell me anything I did not need, or a vehicle outside of my price range. The financing process went smoothly- Frank was very kind and knowledgeable in explaining all of my options. And after a vehicle overview from Scott I was able to drive away on the same day in my new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I couldn't be any happier with Novak Motors NY and the experience I had at the dealership. The dealership itself was sparkling clean and it was evident that all safety precautions related to COVID-19 were in place. I will definitely be returning to this dealership and will recommend it to family, friends and co-workers looking to purchase a vehicle.
