I had never heard of Novak motors, I had never driven past the location and I didn’t know what to expect. Upon approaching, I noticed the entire show room was indoors. In the cold winter days this was wonderful, however I didn’t walk in expecting much. Imagine my delight when I was greeted with a beautiful open clean space with rows upon rows a beautiful clean cars. A friendly face welcomed me and allowed me to look around at my leisure. . I came to discover that all cars were all approximately three years old, one owner, lease returns. I was thrilled, being that I was looking to trade in my lease to purchase the vehicle I had seen online. John’s no nonsense approach was appreciated. he told me straight numbers gave me the facts I needed. I returned two days later to pick up my vehicle, I was able to email my binder and ID cards ahead of time and had filled out the credit application online. When I got there my car was presented with a beautiful bow, looking perfect for photos. As we worked on our financial arrangements, John made sure the car was in perfect shape transferring our plates and making sure there were no cracks in the windows or any other surprises. In and out in less than two hours with a beautiful vehicle. Thank you John and Vinny! More
