I have been faced with a difficult year, 2020, as many. I struggled with no car for about 2 months. Annalea Ferrari, in Sales, gave me the simple hassle free breakdown. I returned the very next day to purchase the vehicle. Annalea stayed after hours to help me with my purchase, so I could take it home the same night. Annalea is personable, pleasant and does everything at her reach to accommodate you and make sure you are happy, even after your purchase. Everything was hassle free and straight forward. No hidden dealer fees. Frank Cannizzaro, in finance, was also great! He gave me options and was not pushy, worked with my budget and needs. Thank you both for the amazing service and experience!!!
