Back in November I purchased a Ram Truck after a couple of rain storms I had a leak coming from the third brake light assembly on the back of the cab. They preformed a series of water tests scratching the of rain storms I had a leak coming from the third brake light assembly on the back of the cab. They preformed a series of water tests scratching the side of my bed and my new fender flares. When I approached them of the damage they denied it said it’s my word against theirs. After spending over $34,000.00 a few weeks prior to the service to fix my leak I expected higher rate of professionalism and to get my vehicle back in the same condition I purchased it in. If you bring your vehicle for service be sure to take pictures because they will not own up to damaging your vehicle. More
