Novak Motors was a pleasure to deal with. Our Sale Associate was Scott. He made the buying of a vehicle so easy. He showed us many vehicles while we were there. He wasn’t in a rush with us at all. He explained the buying process and how long it would take. We were in and driving out with our vehicle in just under 2 hrs. Just like Scott said. My in-laws found Novak Motors 10 years ago, purchased a CRV (which they still own, use daily and have never had an issue) they came back with glowing reviews after working with Scott. They said how straight forward, honest and friendly Scott was and complemented the smooth financial process. My father in law felt respected and was impressed with no hidden fees and no pressure to buy. Shortly after their purchase our newly growing family was in need of a car so we went to Novak, on my father in laws recommendation. We asked for Scott and was quickly impressed by how accurate my in-laws impressions were with their experience. Our experience confirmed what they had raved about and ours was equally positive. As our family’s needs have changed over the years we have since purchased three vehicles with Novak. We have never had an issue with either vehicle. Today we purchased a hybrid Hyundai Sonata and I can say with all confidence that we have purchased yet another safe and reliable vehicle for our family from Novak.
