Wayne, our salesperson, is just wonderful to work with. He is attentive but not at all pushy. He answered our questions, in person and over the phone and text, but it never felt like he was trying to force us to buy. The Honda Pilot we purchased is a beauitful SUV that had a very fair sticker price. No haggling! It really was a wonderful buying experience. I have already recommended Novak to friends and family. He explained how Novak selects the cars they sell and try to find cars with low milage, one owner, great condition, etc. The price for our 2018 Honda Pilot was really great. It was so nice not having a high-pressure sale and no constant back and forth. The price also included a lifetime powertrain warranty. That will certainly give us peace of mind. Greg walked us efficiently through the finance process. It turned out he was a saleperson a while back and was the person who sold out relatives their car. I dealt with Kristen and she was so polite while I was looking at my new Jeep. She answered all of my questions about the warranty and history of the Jeep. I love how unbelievably clean the car was. Not a scratch or dent in it and all of the suspension was original indicating that it had never been in any collisions which matches the description and clean carfax. She probably thought I was a little crazy for climbing under the car to check for any signs of repairs but was very respectful and was happy to let me take my time to look it over. And they let me test drive it as long as I wished. I was a little weary about not being able to take it out on the highway so I made sure to check over the car very closely. And she assured me if there was any issues at all they would fix them. They also shopped around for me to get the best interest rate possible. They also provided multiple options for loans and warranties on the car. At the end of the day they got me exactly what I was looking to pay and I was able to drive my jeep home that evening. They were even polite enough to stay late while going through all of the paperwork. I’ve now owned my jeep for about 3 weeks and I love it! Thank you to Kristen and the whole sales team at Novak!
