Website is well done which allowed me to do comparisons and deep Dices on my own. Service managers are very good. Have had multiple cars serviced there over the years. John was responsive and available whe and deep Dices on my own. Service managers are very good. Have had multiple cars serviced there over the years. John was responsive and available when asked. He didn’t push our decision in any particular direction, making it a buying experience that was enjoyable. Hans was efficient and we did not get the usual push to buy add ons. Car was delivered on time, and meets our expectations so far. I would recommend Novak Motors to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle and/or good service. More
