From the moment I stepped onto Novak Motor's parking lot, I was greeted by Joel Lambert, one of the sales consultants. I made up my mind to come back Saturday with my wife to purchase a beautiful black 2020 Ram Big Horn. Went back Saturday with my wife to start the paperwork but to find out some lucky guy beat me to it. I was bummed, but Franco, another one of Novak's knowledgeable sales consultants told me that a newer red 2021 Ram Warlock just came in last night. Took it for a ride and fell in love with it! So long story short, Novak Motors carry top-line-quality cars and superb sales consultants Like Joel Lambert. Great management like Rick Domenichetti and awesome Finance managers like Hans Castro to make my whole experience easy and enjoyable. This will not be the last time I will be doing business with Novak Motors. I highly recommend anyone to give these guys a try, they are truly a pleasure to work with! More

Really nice show room, service area and car lot. Worked with John on selecting a 2019 Ram Express. Test drove two vehicles and probably could have checked out a few more.
