Amazing!!! I was just looking around at different vehicles and it was cold when I was shopping. SUPERB Experience I had been looking for a particular used truck for sometime, my wife and I had narrowed it down to 3 trucks , 2 were in Michigan and then the one at N I had been looking for a particular used truck for sometime, my wife and I had narrowed it down to 3 trucks , 2 were in Michigan and then the one at Nourse. The truck at nourse was going through inspection and staff was unsure of when it would be available, so I had decided to make the 5 hour trek to Michigan. I had been in contact with a salesperson who new what I was expecting and that I would be coming up on Friday evening with my wife and two young children. Prior to us leaving one of the trucks had been sold but I decided that we would make the drive I happy with the one available. The deal was made I just need to come up and make sure the truck was what it was supposed to be and then we would be on our way after signing paperwork. Upon arrival the truck was nothing as expected and no matter the price I would not have purchased it, angry at being lied to I Ieft the dealership. It just so happened that my wife recieved a call from Nourse stating the truck we were interested just hit the lot that morning and we're we still interested. My wife explained our day and stated we were not interested in driving 4 hours to their dealership without some real time close up video. Shawn called back and stated that he did not work at that particular lot, however he would drive to the lot and take videos with his personal phone and text them to us. After recieving the videos we had told them we wanted the truck and would be there in 4 hours, upon arriving we met with Chris Scott, while meeting with Chris Shawn stopped by the lot to make sure we had made it and to make sure we were taken care of. There was a small a detail with the truck that needed to be worked out and could not be done that evening, so on Sunday Chris's off day, Chris picked me up at the hotel so my wife and kids could get some much needed rest. Chris spent the morning and early afternoon with me to make sure that the small detail was resolved, once resolved we were ready to purchase the truck however being Sunday banks are not opened so Chris said we would meet the next morning to finish up the paperwork. While eating a late lunch with my family Chris called and stated he was able that get a bank approval and stated that we could get the paperwork done that day so that we could go home that evening instead of staying another night in a hotel. Chris went above and beyond any of mine or my wife's expectations to make a positive buying experience for my wife and I. He even had cartoons on the television for our daughters to watch while we did the paperwork!! Thank you soo much Chris and Shawn!!! More
