Exactly what I wanted. I had the opportunity to purchase my first vehicle yesterday thanks to the help of Tricia. I drove into Nourse looking for a Nissan Juke, but witho I had the opportunity to purchase my first vehicle yesterday thanks to the help of Tricia. I drove into Nourse looking for a Nissan Juke, but without the intention of actually purchasing one that day - it was a spur of the moment visit in the late evening so ACTUALLY driving out of the lot (in the car I had be obsessing over the entire day) was the last thing I expected to do! I pulled in with my mom and was greeted by Tricia, who was very pleasant and willing to assist us. Little did I know her shift was almost over, but she was more than happy to help me find what I was looking for - right down to the specifics. Due to the fact that this wasn't an anticipated visit, I wasn't what you would call 'prepared' - but that did not seem to phase her, in fact, she was quite helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Safety was one of her biggest concerns, she saw the condition of the Honda Element I brought in; that in itself made determined her to exercise every option necessary in order to ensure I would drive home a safe, satisfied customer. Knowing I was a first-time buyer with no previous auto loan credit, not even any information regarding the status of my current credit, she still remained calm, yet confident that we could make something work - and that's exactly what happened! I was able to qualify for lower monthly payments than I had anticipated (considering the fact it's a newer vehicle) and was fortunate enough to have to pay no money down!
