Worst experience ever. I was given a Toyota credit card with out my authorization. They told me after selling me an EV vehicle that they didn’t have the charger for it. I was given a Toyota credit card with out my authorization. They told me after selling me an EV vehicle that they didn’t have the charger for it. The vehicle only had 45 miles when I was ready to drive it home, after they had told me it would be fully charged to take home. Told me it would only take 20 mins to charge but took more than a hour to charge. Terrible communication, the worse customer service. More
