I purchased a used vehicle from Norwalk Toyota and within days I started having issues with it. I called for help, since it fell within the 30-day legal protection of purchase. Long story short, the people gave me the brush-off. The staff is great at selling you a vehicle but they do not stand behind the used vehicles they sell. Their behavior toward me as a customer was demeaning. This showed me, this dealership has a standardized system that treats used vehicle customers at a very low level. More
