My wife and I decided to upgrade our jeep and get into something bigger because our boys are growing so fast! I initially messaged the dealership about a car I saw posted online, Sam was awesome and rep something bigger because our boys are growing so fast! I initially messaged the dealership about a car I saw posted online, Sam was awesome and replied back to all of my messages promptly which eventually led us to come in and test drive some options. We arrived and Sam was finishing up a sale with another customer, that’s when we met Cristian one of Sam’s associates. Cristian was awesome to talk with, funny and a great listener. Somewhere along the line Cristian was able to dial into our wants and likes and legitimately upgraded us into a larger and newer SUV which both my wife and myself absolutely love!!! Lorenzo in finance helped with all the paperwork and explained In detail the financing options and protections. They really made this process super easy and quick. Thanks again for the platinum quality service that you offer!!! More
