I took my car in for a blown tire and badly damaged wheel. I had to buy a new wheel, and decided to buy 4 new tires. Long story short, I could not get a return call for 3 days!! I had an amazing experience when I came in to look for a new vehicle and traded in my old one. Martin Delays greeted me as I walked in and was patient with me while I waited for my sister and brother in law new vehicle and traded in my old one. He listened to what I wanted and offered selections that fit my need. He was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. I loved the level of service he gave. Wheel service went ok until they stripped 3 bolts/nuts. Now they say I HAVE TO PAY $300 to have them fix it. I say not fair!
