unfortunately I had a very frustrating experience with them. I was charged full price for labor only to be told they couldn't fix the issue . I waited over 1 1/2 hrs and live over a hr away . The service is great and Nick was fanominal. He works great under pressure. 👍👍two thumbs up. It did take weeks of the truck sitting on the lot before being seen. The future is growing as ND the service departments need to also. I purchased my 2021 Ram from another dealer because I originally came to Northwest but was not impressed with the salesman. Service advisors were not helpful. Dropped car off for one issue and 6 weeks later there was a new problem that we were not told about. my car got a 2000$+ repair on its cruise control system, less than two months later my “service adaptive cruise control” warning came in. I called in explaining I had just had my ACC diagnosed and repaired less than two months later my “service adaptive cruise control” warning came in. I called in explaining I had just had my ACC diagnosed and repaired by them. After over a month of waiting for an Appointment and my service advisor asking me if I was sure I didn’t hit anything with my car (no loaner offered but they could give me a discounted rental car at 45$ a day )They told me the part broken this time was “from previous bodywork” which was done in 2019 and that it would be an additional 1700$. I asked why it wasn’t found in my initial inspection of the adaptive cruise control system and was told “I don’t know that tech doesn’t work here anymore”. If you want a dealership who books service months out with no loaner, and then gives you a crap shoot of “I don’t know that guy doesn’t work here anymore I’m not accepting responsibility” then I recommend working with Nick from service. Absolutely ridiculous . Also mentioned that my car is “too old with too many miles” for a goodwill repair… it’s 5 years old with 77,000 miles. Jeep doesn’t stand behind their product or work they themselves did months earlier. I’ll be trading mine in for a different make after the service I received here. More
